Department “Conformity Assessment” has been established in the structure of Multitest Ltd to perform conformity assessment activities of types of products as per the following procedures:
1.
For transportable pressure equipment in accordance with “Ordinance of essential requirements and conformity assessment of transportable pressure equipment” (carried by government decree No.271 dated 29.09.2011 published in State Gazette issue 78 dated 07.10.2011) adopting Directive 2010/35/EU:
- Type approval
- Production control
- Initial inspection and tests
- Periodic inspections, intermediate inspections and exceptional checks
- Monitoring of applicant’s in-house control unit
- New conformity assessment
2. For pressure equipment in accordance with “ Ordinance of essential requirements and conformity assessеment of pressure equipment” ( published in State Gazette issue 87 dated 2002) adopting Directive 2014/68/ EU:
- Internal production control - Modul A
- Internal production control with monitoring of final assessment - Module A1
- Type Examination - Module B
- Design examination - Module B1
- Conformity to type - Module C1
- Production Quality Assurance - Module D
- Production Quality Assurance - Module D1
- Product Quality Assurance - Module E
- Product Quality Assurance - Module E1
- Product Verification - Module F
- Full quality assurance - Module Н
- Full quality assurance with design examination and special surveillance of the final assessment - Module Н1
- Unit Verification - Module G
- Approving procedures for managing of moulded-compaounds
- Approval of non-destructive testing personnel
3.
For pressure vessels in accordance with "Ordinance of essential requirements and conformity assessement of pressure vessels" ( published in State Gazette issue 37 dated 2007) adopting Directive 2009/105/ EU:
- EC type examination
- EC product verification
- Production control with monitoring of final assessment
- Technical file investigation
