FOR QUALITY POLICY

of Hristo Pavlov Chukachev – General Manager of Multitest Ltd.

I herewith DECLARE that:

The leadership of Multitest Ltd. conducts policy based on the requirements of the relevant standards, under which the quality management systems have been developed in the separate organizational structures of Multitest Ltd.:

  • Company – BDS EN ISO 9001:2008;
  • Inspection Body of type А - BDS EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012;
  • Laboratory of testing, Calibration laboratory and Laboratory of metrological verification
  • Department „Conformity Assessment” - BDS EN ISO/IEC 17065:2012; BDS EN ISO/IEC 17021:2011 and BDS EN ISO/IEC 17024:2012;
  • Department of technical surveillance of high risk equipment - BDS EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012.

Policy of Multitest Ltd. is turned to complete satisfaction of requirements of customers and all interested parties involved and based on high professional competence and practice.

To the benefit of our customers the Leadership endeavors to see to the application, understanding and maintaining the policy at all levels of the Company by conducting regular internal audits and management reviews.

Activities of all organizational structures of Multitest Ltd. are impartial and independent.

The managers of departments take actions to carry out any procedure with competence, impartially, on time and according to applicable regulations, standards, procedures, manuals and guidelines.

The process of rendering services takes place on a non-discriminatory basis ensuring equal treatment of all customers.

By maintaining the management systems and achieving practical effects of the above stated quality policy the Leadership of Multitest Ltd. sets the following objectives:

  • High quality of provided services, use of customer feedback to assess their satisfaction in accordance with their requirements and the principles of good professional practice;
  • Protection of customer’s property. Multitest Ltd. assumes liability in case of possible damage;
  • Providing conditions to increase the number of customers of Multitest Ltd. on Bulgarian and European market by offering competitive and high quality services;
  • Monitoring of conformity assessment services (testing, calibration, inspection, product certification, technical surveillance) on the market and searching for opportunities to expand the application scope and introduce new activities;
  • Provision of modern material and technical resources with state-of-the-art equipment, reference standards, vehicles, and last generation software for data processing and analysis;
  • Effective management of human resources by ensuring safe working conditions, involving qualified personnel, improving and maintaining their qualification through periodic trainings, motivating them to prevent any disloyalty to the customers or company;
  • Any decision on action shall be made after thorough analysis of data and information from the implementation of interconnected processes; Maintain honest relationships with suppliers of technical equipment, materials and services;
  • Maintaining correct relations with suppliers of technical equipment, materials and services
  • Continuous measurement, analysis and improvement of management system by recording and elimination of omissions and errors, immediate corrective actions and planning preventive measures to prevent the lack of satisfaction of customers and all parties concerned;
  • Compliance to the commitment to assess the effectiveness and suitability of quality policy through periodic reviews, updates and continuous improvement of management systems efficiency and keeping their compliance with standards under which they are developed in case of planned changes.

I authorize the managers of the separate organizational structures of Multitest Ltd. to explain, motivate and create conditions so that every employee observes the quality policy stated and contributes to achieve the objectives.

I declare my personal involvement and commitment to implement the announced policy, meeting the high quality requirements of standards BDS EN ISO 9001:2008, BDS EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012, BDS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2006, BDS EN ISO/IEC 17065:2012, BDS EN ISO/IEC 17021:2011 и BDS EN ISO/IEC 17024:2012
